Members Church of God International uses print, radio, television, and the Internet in airing The Old Path (“Ang Dating Daan” in Tagalog) program, in its fervent efforts to promote open discussion of issues in religion and to spread the Christian teachings and doctrines in the Bible worldwide. In radio and television, The Old Path is recognized for its frank, indisputable and relentless discussion of religion topics and has been identified with the equally controverial yet sensible evangelist, Eliseo Soriano, better known as Bro. Eli, the Presiding Minister of the Church of God. Existing for more than 25 years now, the program has earned both raves and rants from people of all walks of life, other religions and even the Philippine government. Over the years, other programs were added to cater to wide range of audience’s interests, level of experience and expectations. In October 7, 2004, the Members Church of God International signed with Globecast to launch the organization’s first foray into the US and Canada airwaves via direct-to-home satellite broadcast, the TOP Channel. For the Asia-Pacific region broadcast, an agreement was sealed between the Members Church of God International and Mabuhay Satellite.
